Early Foods is our family gourmet food business born out of the memories of growing
up cooking with our parents and grandparents. Remembering the delicious aromas and
flavors we enjoyed from childhood we started this journey to produce simple products
with natural, fresh ingredients, that reminded us of home, or maybe that special
corner bistro.
Taking old and new family recipes we are working to get simply delicious flavors
from our kitchen to yours. Corruption Salsa is our first product to market. It
was born out of the love for fresh, bold tasting salsa with just the right amount of
heat. It's all natural, with sea salt and no preservatives. We have Mild,
Total (Medium) and Absolute (Hot) as well as a Four Peppers, with a hint of black
pepper and a Roasted Tomatillo, with citrus and sweet notes from the tomatillos and
roasted red peppers.
We are currently working on a line of cream cheese pound cakes based on Scott's Great
Grandmother's recipe as well as several flavors of hummus and a bloody Mary mix. We
also want to have some fun and interaction with our customers, so if you have a
recipe or just an idea for a recipe, email us and we will give it a go in our test
kitchen.
